Our products are protective display cases intended for collectible items such as gaming consoles, accessories, and boxed items.

Products are designed to protect packaging from dust, handling, and light wear. They are not designed to be impact-proof, waterproof, or tamper-proof.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct product is selected for their item before purchasing. Measurements and compatibility information are provided to assist, but minor variations in original packaging may exist.

Pre-Orders

Some products are offered as pre-orders.

When placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

The product is not yet in stock
Dispatch will occur at a future estimated date
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and may change

Pre-orders help us produce accurate, limited-run products without overproduction. Delays may occur due to manufacturing or freight factors outside our control.

If timelines change materially, we will communicate updates via email.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for.

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed or shipped.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect address details, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of collectible protection products, returns are accepted only where:

The item is faulty
The item arrives damaged
The incorrect item was supplied

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless stated otherwise.

Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos where applicable.
