Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days once items are in stock and ready to ship.

Some products may be offered as pre-orders. Pre-orders close on the 30th of each month, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If your order includes a pre-order item, it will be included in the next available production batch after the monthly cut-off. Estimated dispatch timeframes will be shown on the product page where available, or provided by email after purchase.

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise arranged.

Game box protectors are generally kept in stock, but some sizes or pack quantities may sell out from time to time. If an item is unavailable after ordering, we’ll contact you with the next available shipment date.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow us to produce exact-fit protectors without overproduction or compromising material quality.

Pre-orders are grouped into monthly production batches, with the order cut-off falling on the 30th of each month. Orders placed before the cut-off will be included in the next production batch.

Production batches are typically dispatched once manufacturing is complete and shipments arrive. Estimated dispatch is usually 4–6 weeks after the batch closes, subject to manufacturing and freight timelines.

Estimated dispatch dates are provided in good faith. While we always aim to meet these estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including production schedules, sample approval timing, or international freight.

If a significant delay occurs, we will communicate updates clearly via email.

Where a production batch has been scheduled, the next pre-order cut-off date and estimated dispatch window will be shown on the relevant product page.

Where products are still in sampling or pre-launch stage, a cut-off date may not yet be confirmed. In these cases, the product page will note that the next production batch timing is still to be announced.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide only. No international shipping is available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

All shipping costs are shown clearly before payment is completed.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Metro areas: 3-5 business days

Regional areas: 3-7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays, peak periods, or local conditions.

Tracking

All shipped orders include tracking, which will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging

Orders are packed carefully to ensure protectors arrive flat, clean, and undamaged. We package with collectors in mind.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase. If a parcel is returned to us due to address issues, additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
