Custom Protectors
Need a protector size we do not currently stock? Submit your item details and measurements and we’ll review whether a custom protector can be added to an upcoming production batch.

Here’s a brief overview of the steps involved in completing a custom order.
Measure the box carefully
Measure the width, height and depth of the box itself in millimetres, not an existing protector or outer packaging.We recommend measuring across multiple points, as older boxes can be slightly warped, bowed or uneven from age, storage and handling. We use your box measurements with our own sizing allowance to help create a clean fit that is not too loose or too tight.
Use the sizing tool to check for similar protectors
Enter your item type, title and box measurements into the sizing tool before submitting your request. It will check whether we already stock a protector with similar dimensions that may suit your item.
If a close match is found, you can review the existing product before requesting a custom size. If no suitable match is found, continue with your custom protector request and we’ll review whether it can be added to an upcoming production batch.
Upload a clear product photo
A photo helps us confirm the item, edition, region and box shape before reviewing the request. Where possible, upload a front-facing photo and an angled photo that shows the depth of the box.
Create an account on our website
Please create an account before submitting your request so we can link the quote, order details and shipping information to your profile if we proceed.
Make sure your full name, contact number and shipping address are added correctly.
Receive your custom order quote
If your request can be made, we’ll prepare a draft order for your review. This will include the product details, quantity, total cost, deposit amount if required and estimated production timeframe.
Allow for made-to-order turnaround
Custom protectors are produced in scheduled batches rather than kept in stock. If approved, your order will be included in the next available production batch and will follow the current made-to-order turnaround.
As a new Australian business, our current model is made-to-order. Our next batch order will be processed on 30 July, with an estimated 4-6 week turnaround before it is ready to ship.
