Are these protectors safe for long-term storage?

Yes. Our protectors are made from clear PET plastic, which is lightweight, stable and suitable for long-term display and storage of collectible boxes.

They are designed to help protect against dust, handling marks and general shelf wear while keeping the original box artwork visible.
Will the protector damage or yellow my box over time?

The protectors are designed to sit around the outside of the box without adhesives, pressure clips or anything that attaches directly to the cardboard.

PET is also known for good clarity and resistance to yellowing under normal indoor storage conditions. For best results, keep your collection away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
Are the protectors environmentally friendly?

The protectors are made from PET plastic, which is recyclable in many areas. They are also designed to help extend the life of collectible packaging, reducing the need to replace damaged boxes where possible.

Please check your local recycling guidelines before disposing of any packaging or protectors.

They are made from rigid PET plastic, so they hold their shape once assembled while still being lightweight and easy to handle.

They are not hard acrylic cases. They are clear foldable protectors designed for display, storage and everyday collection protection.
How do I know which protector size to order?

Each product page lists the internal protector dimensions and the box it has been designed to fit. We recommend measuring your box before ordering, especially if you have a bundle, special edition or regional variation.

Measure the width, height and depth of your box and compare those measurements with the dimensions listed on the product page.
Will the protector fit sealed or opened boxes?

Yes, as long as the box matches the listed dimensions. The protector is designed to fit around the outside of the box, whether the item is sealed or opened.

If your box has extra bulging, warping or damage, please measure carefully before ordering.
What if my box is a slightly different size?

Some console boxes can vary between regions, editions, bundles and production runs. If your box is slightly different from the listed dimensions, contact us before ordering and we’ll help confirm whether the protector is likely to fit.

If it needs a different size altogether, you can submit a custom protector request.
How much extra space is allowed inside the protector?

Our protectors are designed to allow a small amount of breathing room around the box. This helps avoid an overly tight fit and makes it easier to insert and remove the box without putting pressure on the edges or corners.

The goal is a clean, secure fit without forcing the box into the protector.
Can I request a custom size?

Yes. If you need a protector for a console, game, cartridge, accessory or collectible we do not currently stock, you can submit a custom size request through our Custom Protectors page.

Please include the item name, accurate measurements and any helpful notes so we can review the request and provide a quote.
How are the protectors shipped?

Protectors are shipped flat-packed to help reduce shipping costs and minimise the risk of damage in transit.

They are lightweight, easy to assemble and packed securely before dispatch. Tracking will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Do I need to remove the protective film before use?

Some protectors may arrive with a thin protective film to help prevent marks or scratches during manufacturing and transit.

If your protector looks cloudy, dull or marked when it arrives, check for the film and peel it off before assembly.
How do I assemble the protector?

Our protectors are supplied flat-packed and are designed to fold into shape.

Gently fold along the pre-scored edges and secure the tabs into place. Take your time during assembly and avoid forcing the folds, especially around the corners and tabs.
Why are you offering pre-orders on some items and not others?

Some items, like game boxes, cartridges and many Pokémon boxes, use more standard sizing, so they are easier to stock.

Console boxes can vary a lot between regions, bundles and special editions, even when they look similar. Pre-orders help us confirm demand, produce the right sizes and avoid overstocking protectors that may only suit a small number of collectors.

Yes. We ship Australia-wide, with tracking provided once your order has been dispatched.
Can I return a protector if it doesn’t fit?

If the protector does not match the listed dimensions, contact us and we’ll make it right.

If the protector matches the listed dimensions but your box is a different size, we may not be able to accept a return. Please measure your box carefully before ordering, especially for console boxes, bundles and special editions.
Can I pick up at an expo or event?

Where available, we may offer collection at selected expos or collector events. This will depend on stock availability, event location and whether we are attending.

If you are planning to visit us at an event, contact us beforehand so we can confirm whether pickup is possible.
